In 1989, after graduating from film and art schools, (NY and FL) Thomas R. Dickens moved to Los Angeles, CA. He began on "real world" practical effects, such as conceptual design, miniatures, stop-motion and mechanical puppets, and matte paintings.
In 1996, until present, Thomas began working in CGI (Computer Generated Imagery), on major motion pictures, as well as indie films and television. Films he worked on have won Academy Awards and garnered Emmys.
Demand for Thomas' unique style, demeanor, experience and work ethic drove the formation of Mesozoic, Inc. as a CA Corporation in 2001. Clients have had lasting relationships and return for project after project.
Mesozoic, Inc. is capable of any effect of even the largest Production and Post Production studios, for a fraction of the price. Vast experience, including interactive and new media, such as video games and Cinematics, makes Thomas R. Dickens a value to any production.
After producing 4 short films, Mesozoic, Inc. expanded into feature film production, and produced 2 feature films to date. Many other projects are in the works or in consideration.
Mesozoic, Inc. is a company that can be relied on for high quality VFX, animation, Post and Full Production.
